Andrew helped me trouble shoot the problem. First I replaced the elments but that did not fix the problem. When I spoke with Andrew he told me how to test the OHMS on the new and old element and they were both readying 26 OHMS. I then replaced the control panel for the clock and oven controls. I replaced the timer...I talked with a tech to make sure the timer I ordered was the correct one. Watching the video was a great help especially with removing the knob. Plus the video showed a couple of tips. While not exactly the same timer it was very helpful. As a side note the timer arrived so fast I was shocked. A semi-difficult job made very easy. Read more

Replaced timer motor. Hardest part was removing timer knob on this model. You need to access the back of broken timer knob and PULL OUT THE WHITE PIECE THAT LOOKS LIKE THE BACK OF THE KNOB. PULL IT COMPLETELY OUT AND KNOB WILL RELEASE. The rest is easy. Read more

After researching on line what the error code meant I ordered a new electronic control board and oven sensor. I ordered a control tactile asm kit which gave me the new board for the controls. All I had to do was use a screwdriver to take out the old board and connect in the new board. I'd never done anything much like this before but it truly only took me a few minutes! Read more

• Doesn't shut off
• Timer will not advance

With a Phillips screw driver, on the back of the control panel there was about 6 or 7 screws to undo, to take the cover off and 2 screws holding the timer in place. Just undone those, took out old timer, made sure I took wires from old timer one at a time, and, put on new timer. Put everything back, although I had to find a couple of very small washers to make the timer fit tight, in the 2 holes it came out of. Luckily I had those or would of been a very loose timer.
