I ordered the control board because the old one had many (about 30) opens on the back of the control board and the plastic cover for it was warped. Helpful notes; put front cover on before you connect the wiring. This will save you hours of being mad! All the plugins have different ends, you can't screw it up! Third note, those little plastic light transmitters can be put in wrong and it will not go together. Tabs go in! The one set by the start button can be put in backwards and looks correct.... Stumbled upon Appliance Parts Pros web site and after some research bought 2 circuit boards. (UIB) Interface Board AP4501702 and ESEC Relay Board AP5780950. I carefully replaced the UIB board first and it solved the problem. Things like taking the door off can be found on the internet and took me far more time than actually replacing the board. The replacement part was: CONTROL OVEN ERC3HP Part Number:WB27K10378 It looks like this superseded the original part, so maybe the mfg knew about this issue? I could not find disassembly instructions so just went straight into it. Dis-assembly and installation was really easy, all I needed was Phillips screwdriver and a star tip attachment wrench (I'm always asking myself question why this is done like that? , why can't it be just regular Phillips screw?)
