Rather than replacing the whole ignition switch harness, I cut out the broken switch and replaced it with Burner Ignition Switch WB24K10017 / AP2632529. Wire stripper, small wire nuts, and electrical tape were also used.

I had repaired Jenn Air cook tops before so I thought this was not a problem. Wrong. Mostly it was my own stupidity.
