We recently purchased a house with Jenn-Air appliances. The previous owner had used something to clean the knobs on the stove that removed the imprint. Ordering these was easy, they fit with no problem and are manufacture initial product quality. Very Pleased. The only suggestion I would have is to provide instructions on how to install the oven door gasket. I have not attempted that yet but will soon. Read more

• Will not dispense detergent

I ordered a new vario motor and a soap dispenser. I turned off the water and the breaker, disconnected the water line and the power at the front base of the unit, disconnected the drain hose from the garbage dispenser, and pulled out the dishwasher and laid it on a blanket on its face. I unscrewed and removed the plainly visible vario motor on the bottom of the machine and removed the cam from the shaft. My fridge was often reaching 60-70 degrees but would work well when motor/fans were running; it just wasn't cooling regularly. The error code implies a faulty fill valve. This was not the case for me. Replacing the main PCB assembly solved the problem. I have run two full loads since the repair with no problems. Read more
