Found online how to test for issue removed upper back panel with nut driver tested heating elements, temp sensor and controller came down to controller for oven, ordered part standard delivery was at my home in a day and a half WOW, unplugged from wall removed all electrical connectors to controller 4 screws then removed the touch pad from the old controller reinstalled pad on new controller then reinstalled controller and back panel plugged back in to wall. Stumbled upon Appliance Parts Pros web site and after some research bought 2 circuit boards. (UIB) Interface Board AP4501702 and ESEC Relay Board AP5780950. I carefully replaced the UIB board first and it solved the problem. Things like taking the door off can be found on the internet and took me far more time than actually replacing the board. I have never used APP before but understand that the other board is returnable. I am a very happy and future customer. Read more
