Replaced not only the ice chute door flap which was squashed from years of use but the mechanism and motor that operates the flap. The old mechanism seemed to work but it seemed a little sloppy or loose. After 4 years of heavy use nearly all of the facia assembly's plastic attachment tabs were broken. This caused the facia to pull away from the door while trying to open the dishwasher. Unscrewed old flap. Then unplugged it. Plugged in new flap ( make sure it is right side up). Screw both hinges back, and voilà, fridge fixed! Read more
