This is a relay control board designed for dual oven configurations. It manages the electrical signals that switch heating elements and other oven components on and off during cooking cycles. Replace this board if one or both ovens fail to heat, heat intermittently, or if error codes related to relay failures appear on the control display.

Took 10 minutes. Upnplug or turn the power off to the Refig/Freezer. One screw to take off the plastic cover plate where the light LED Assembly is attached and carefully unplug the LED Assembley from the Freezer and remove the cover plate from the top of the Freezer . Unscrew the old LED Assembly from the cover and install the new LED Assembly. Plug the LED Assembly into the Freezer and carfully insert plastic cover plate in the freezer and replace the cover pate screwscrew. Read more

Replaced touch pad. Did run into a little problem. the new pad flashed up a code PED000 apparently the pad had to be programmed using the code from the serial number plate. Whirlpool service was zero help said code didn't exist. Found instructions how to do it on line. Found it on Google by asking what does this code mean.
