Remove two screws that hold the element to the inside rear wall of the stove and remove element. Ordered a new fan and nut and it took all of 5 minutes to replace.
Probably saved $159.99 service call repair and that is with a coupon.
Any one can do this repair, just make sure the oven is cold as you will come in contact with metal parts.
