Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. Then stared on the rack and replaced the rack adjusters and various clips. Everything is straight forward and easy to replace. I originally called a local repair place to have them repair it. I ordered a replacement part from AppliancePartsPros.com, however the exact part for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher had been discontinued. There were two differences between the original and replacement part. First, the original rack had two adjustable tine rows, but the replacement only had one.
