I replaced the latch and handle assembly. It's easy when you see how it goes together. Unscrew the two screws under the front edge of the stovetop, have a helper lift the stovetop up, unscrew the six screws holding the metal plate down and remove the plate, unplug the wires connected to the latch switch, and unscrew the two front screws holding the latch assembly in place. Replace the latch assembly and put it back together in reverse. Read more

After using the tech sheet and measuring the ohms of the two micro switches that sends signals when the door is shut and locked, determined the lock was faulty. Pretty simple to change, the most difficult part was taking the digital face off of the oven without damaging the control board.
