I first received the quality parts in less than 2 days. It took me 5 minutes to change out the timer and 2 of the minutes were finding where my fiancée put the Phillips head screwdriver. Unplug dryer first, remove top three screws from back panel. Pull old timer up and out, have new timer in hand and transfer one wire at a time. I replaced the belt and the pump. It now works like it is new again! I am glad that I purchased the belt installation tool. It made replacing the belt very easy. I also purchased the Control Assembly which I did not install. It wasn't needed to repair the washer but I will keep it in case it is needed for future repairs. Ordered both parts and got them in 2 days, removed 3 screws on back panel of dryer and removed defective timer , installed wires on new timer and put back in place and installed new knob , very easy repair only took 10 minutes and dryer was back up and running Read more

I found exploded parts view of oven and looked for oven sensor probe and control card parts. I also looked at great videos and read past repair stories. I decided the problem had to be one of the two parts (probe or card) and ordered both. I decided that the probe should be changed first rather than involve a circuit card. I changed the probe and tested the oven and it works again. Read more

First I called the local retailer to ask about a non-warranty service. Minimum $100 charge. Figured I would take a shot at the repair as I had fixed the fridge once before.
