Removed front cover, was able to access all 4 shocks from the front - time saver. Washer bellow and spring were a little bit of a finger buster, but after removing both bottom and top counter weights was super helpful. Using a 13MM socket to pinch the end of the shock absorber mounting pins was a great tip found here.

Causes of a bad track include damage from heavy use over time, such as dulling or bending of the metal track surface from repeated loading/unloading of dishes. Debris or residue buildup along the track can also cause issues.
Symptoms of a bad track include:
- Rack that will not fully extend or retract
- Binding or sticking during rack movement
- Rack that will not stay positioned above
