I called Appliance Parts Pros.com and talked to one of their representatives. She was very helpful as I had some concerns about the size of the shelf. She double-checked to ensure that the shelf would fit my refrigerator. She also assured me that if by chance, it did not fit or if anything happened to it within a year, returning would be made easy. So this is a poor design in the first case. Not having a center support in the back almost guarantees a failure there eventually. I kludged together a support in my original more than a year ago, but finally the part broke too bad to limp along with anymore. This is the part I needed. Removed old broken grill, uses only 2 screws on top and 3 tabs on bottom to be installed. Was careful not over tighten top screws as the plastic tabs on top that have the holes for the 2 screws can be broken if fastened too tightly. Took about 5 minutes to complete. Read more

First, I watched your VERY HELPFUL videos showing exactly how to remove and assemble the parts. I removed the salvageable parts from the old shelf frame and reassembled it. Read more

I replaced the bar and rack support. It was fairly easy. I measured the shelf and cut the bar to size. Then I inserted the bar into the shelf support and the inserted the bar and supports into the slots on the left and right. Ordered left and right side supports and they arrived in two days! It took me longer to get stuff out of the way in the fridge so I could take the shelf out than it did to actually swap out the side supports. Parts fit perfectly and quick easy repair. Read more
