Samsung refrrigerator. it started when the setting was on cubes but was putting out crushed ice. then months later the water refill was running down into the ice bucket causing a massive block of ice in the bucket. look closely at the first two or three cubes in the ice tray after they unload. mine were not dumping and staying in the tray. when the water refill kicked on it would overfill the tray (because of the leftover cubes remaining in the tray) and would run down into the ice bucket... It took a long time to determine the problem but eventually I discovered that the plastic bracket (latch hook) that held the three door-switches showed appreciable wear from repeated door openings and closings. This wear stopped the door from sealing properly and the door switch safety mechanism blew the line fuse. I replaced the worn bracket (AP6230612) as well as the plastic latch mechanism (AP4553585) on the door that engages this bracket (and of course the fuse too) and the microwave now... Read more

Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). The water standing in the tub when I emptied it the first time had very little suds but we kept getting the SUDS warning. ... Read more

BEWARE THE HAIRDRYER In an effort to unfreeze the indoor water supply line with a hairdryer the extreme heat deformed not only the activator paddle but the housing that surrounds it. In the time it took to order and install replacement parts the frozen blockage had thawed. Back in business for now and if the problem reoccurs I will be looking for a different path to resolve the issue. Read more

Removed and replaced the door switch. Best service I just watched their video on it and it was a snap ordering was no problem. Very easy got the switch and plunger when they said with no delays . Very good service I will come back if I need more parts with out hesitation thanks. Read more

I removed the wire and rubber seal in order to get to the door lacth then I unscrewed the three screws popped out the latch put the screws and the rubber and wire back and tested the washer. The door now locks and I can wash again...YEPPPPY Read more
