Frigidaire 318414214 Clock Timer (Electronic Oven Control/Erc) OEM Part

It was suggested by Appliance Parts Pros that the control board was faulty. I replaced the control board but still had the problem. The wiring diagram showed an over temperature switch in series with the RTD (resistance temperature detector), since this would also give the F10 error I replaced the switch and the problem was solved.

I called appliancePartsPros.com and spoke to a customer service representative. I gave her the information for the part needed and she looked it up. She was very helpful in sharing that the control panel now comes with a new face plate where in the past it had to be bought separate. This was very helpful considering I was planning to purchase a new one. She was also careful to make sure that we got the proper color face plate to match my appliance. It was a very satisfying experience. My parts arrived exactly when promised, the box and parts were in perfect condition, the parts fit precisely as they should.
