The repair kit has everything needed for both sides of the rack but there were no instructions so it took me some time to figure out how it all mounted on the basket. The original design was totally different than the repair kit so it would have been very beneficial to have at least a diagram that showed how everything fit together. My discharge would not empty after a wash cycle and I always had gross gray water left in the bottom approx 3" deep? After doing the obvious things of checking the simp for garbage, and checking that the discharge hose wasn't blocked, I removed my discharge pump ( not too hard to do) and tested. I replaced the adjusters on both sides (since two rollers broke off on one and one broke off on the other). Replacement was easy, just remember to keep the clips from the original adjusters. Take the clips off, remove the adjuster, replace with the new adjuster, and replace the clips. The new adjuster comes with the rollers already attached so no need to keep the ones from when plastic axle broke on the original adjusters. Read more

My Whirlpool dishwasher was leaking out the bottom of the door. I replaced the gasket and the lower door seal. When I ran a test wash, it was still leaking. Thanks to Jason and his tech people at Appliance Parts Pro, I was able to remove and replace the seal and eliminate all leaks at the bottom of the door. I have a Kitchenaide (Whirlpool) dishwasher model KUDC10IXBL1. I took the bottom access cover off, and checked underneath the unit to isolate where it was leaking from. Cleaned the cover, and the spot where the leak happened was marked for me. The front, far left hand side, behind the door. Ran a quick rinse cycle with a pan under the spot to verify it was there. It was. Then I did an internet search and found your website. I've opened sump housing to check for clogging but it was clean. When I removed check valve to inspect it I've found out that the round part of the valve was missing so I figured it might've blocked the water exit at drain hose or something like that. Remove upper and lower baskets for access. Remove 4 Torx screws holding drain/filter assembly, accessing last screw by rotating the water duct clockwise. Be sure to first un-clip the water duct at top and rear of dishwasher so that it can be moved. (Take the opportunity to remove accumulated deposits behind the water duct).
