Unscrewed 2 screws and pulled some slack out the wires. Disconnected the wire clips. Repeated steps to put in new part. Worked like a charm! Dolores S Federalsburg , MD December 02, 2016 The baking element burned out on thanksgiving morning! we cooked the turkey on the grill and went on one to order a new part After receiving the wrong element from another website, I found AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered the part, and received it in under 24 hours. The old element was unscrewed from the oven back wall and pulled out slowly to expose the wires and connections. The pliers were used to pull apart the connection and the new element was plugged in.
