I determined the hidden bake element below the oven cavity was not working, because the bottom of the oven was cold during normal use. If you have a built-in microwave + oven combination (mine is KitchenAid Model No. KEMS308SSS05), this is a difficult repair. The lightbulbs were a problem for me as I did not know if they were 12 V or 120 V. But the interactive parts diagram on the website was very helpful and allowed me to order the correct bulbs very rapidly(120V is correct). They were very easy to change out except for the fact that I needed to have my 12-year-old son do part of it since his hands are smaller than mine.(and it is always good for sons to work with dads even on small projects like this.) One day my wife went to bake something and the bake/broil buttons as well as #3, #9, and oven light ceased to work. Local repair guy came by and wanted to charge $500 to fix it....YEAH RIGHT! Parts received quickly from APP and in good condition. Oven Sensor was very easy to install and fixed our problem. It appears (only a couple days of using), and the new cooling fan is so quiet you can't tell it is on. The install of the fan was a bit more involved and all videos did not represent our JennAir oven/microwave combo wall unit. Very happy with service, products, and overall experience this far. Ordered Bake Element, Y04100019 (Whirlpool AP4283614) to replace a broken bake element on my 30-year old Jenn-Air Model S125 Downdraft Slide-in electric range. Bought and installed new hinges. Repair took about an hour but I also cleaned all the glass inside and out on both oven doors. I had ordered extra screws as I read the old ones that hold the hinges were hard to get in as they were self taping but the screw labeled 5 next to the hinge were not the right ones. All old screws worked fine. You just need to put a little power to them to get them started. Easy repair. Read more

The doors on our double wall oven (pro model) have been sagging partially open forever. I was told by someone somewhere that replacing the hinges wouldn't help. The oven temperature was low and the heating time excessive. However, the range display showed the requested 400F, even though the oven was really 250F. Because the oven displayed an inaccurate temperature, I ordered an oven sensor, a heating element, and a terminal block. Replacing the heating element fixed the problem.
