Replaced the main control board on a Thermador oven model POD301J/01 after we got an E115 error and the top broiler would come on no matter what setting you put it on and wouldn't turn off and would overheat. Pretty easy job for a DIYer. The control panel gets loose when the plastic tabs break for one reason or the other. You can replace the control board housing without having to replace the control board. Note also that the control board housing comes with a new control overlay label, so you don't need to buy the label like I did. Open the left door and remove shelves. Remove the three torx screws from the left side metal rail and remove the rail. Not having any local Thermador support I took the advise from KC on the repair forum. The repair consisted of removing and replacing the control and relay board. The hardest part of the job was working behind the stove while it was pulled from the wall. ( didn't want to scratch my floor ).
