I have a Jennair jjw9630cas double wall oven, and after a few years I noticed that the light would not go out, first in the bottom oven, and then in the top oven. After doing some research I discovered this was not uncommon, and the fix usually involved replacing the hinges and/or the hinge receptacles. I watched a video by AppliancePartPros, and it showed the exact problem that I was having as well as what part that I would need for the repair. When bake was set, the stove would function normally, it would show pre-heating then get up to temperature and beep twice like normal when it reached the set temperature. Took the stove apart*, saw where the mouse had made a nest. It was kind of like a hotel room after a rock star had used it. It was nasty, is what I'm saying. I removed the insulation, which immediately went into a garbage bag and was placed outside, whereupon I took off and nuked the site from orbit. The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I ordered new handle, the retainer pieces that go over the plastic pieces to lock it all in and screws that were suggested. The screws were the wrong ones. They were way too small. I already had one screw and thankfully only had to buy 1 new one because the screw was $40 and shipping’s $10 for it AND it’s on back order right now. The old retainer ring that goes over plastic piece was a nightmare to remove... Read more

Ordered the clip and a screw. Had no idea how the clip was to be installed. Looked up how to install the igniter, Okay. But don't put clip in till igniter is pulled through the hole, Then gently put igniter and clip in hole. Done. Screw was wrong one. Not as shown in picture. Still need correct screw for holding bracket. I've purchased parts from Appliancepartspros.com before. Fast delivery. Now need a venturi, gas line to back burner. Next time. Read more
