Initially we discovered the LE code was due to water in the base due to the over flow. Of course my warranty was up and 1 month later the DW finally stopped with this error. We pulled out the DW and soaked up the water in the sensor on the right side base where it collects water. This got rid of the LE error code. I replaced the water level sensor on the side of the dishwasher. Had to completely take out dishwasher and set on its side. Removed three hose clamps and three electrical disconnects. I have hard water and it looked like the float inside of the sensor wasn't moving properly. Read more

Purchased a new sensor and drain hose. Had it in 2 days. Took me a little over an hour to diagnose what I thought was problem, 20 minutes searching online for parts and 1 - 1/2 hours to fix (but I am 47 yr old woman who has never worked on a dishwasher before and not handy at plumbing). After researching the Internet, I thought the drainage hoses were my problem. First I changed both drainage hoses. That didn’t solve the problem. I had to look for another area that was causing water to drip into the pan. I found water leaking from behind the brake assembly. Since I didn’t get an oE error code, I eliminated the brake assembly as causing my problem. I ordered a brake gasket and cover. Once I got it properly installed, problem solved! Read more

We took apart the filter and scrubbed out all effected areas. During the process we ended up damaging the original filter and needed to order a new one which is where APP.com came in. We were able to restore our dishwasher to working condition the next day as the shipping was extremely quick. Read more

Started by replacing the upper and middle spray arms. After that no change, dishes in the upper rack not clean. Suspected low water pressure was causing the problem. Next, I replaced the water delivery tubing. Still no change, in fact now the dishes in the lower rack were not getting clean now. Next, I decided to replace the impeller. I had a over level water alarm. First I installed the level sensor and that did not fix the problem. Second I installed the Brake;DMT800,R. After installing the brake I had a leak detection alarm and could not get the dishwasher to reset so with the dishwasher still out of the cabinet and the metal plate off of the side.
