Well, I got online and found several YouTube videos on how to check what was happening. I have a multimeter and tools. Once I purchased the correct motor it literally took less that 10 minutes from start to finish to replace the motor. After unplugging the refrigerator, I unscrewed two machine screws to remove the cover and unscrewed two machine screws to remove the motor.
