We sent an email to AppliancePartsPros.com asking for their help in fixing our range. We gave them the model number (NE58F9500SS) of our Samsung Electric Range and told them about the faulty/dangerous two dual burners. We hated to get close to the range because the burners would turn on if you barely brushed by the range or if you would reach across it and accidentally touch the burner knobs all of a sudden you would feel heat or just see the light indicating the burner was on. We were... Read more

This was a relatively simple fix, but it was slightly complicated by the fact that my model of the stove had a slightly different configuration in the back. First and foremost, AppliancePartsPros.com came through very nicely. I believe this was my first time using them. The part was reasonably priced and shipped out relatively quickly. It was delayed by one day but FedEx didn't provide a reason. Regardless, the part made it to my door safely. In the videos online, you can see that it's... Read more

Oven heating slowly or unevenly? A faulty convection fan assembly disrupts airflow and temperature control. DIY-friendly repair, takes about 40 minutes.
Changed out the Fan.
