I took the bottom access cover off, and checked underneath the unit to isolate where it was leaking from. Cleaned the cover, and the spot where the leak happened was marked for me. Replaced both the Spray Arm and the Spray Arm Water Supply Tube. Highly recommend replacing base plate whenever the Spray Arm Water Supply Tube is replaced. While this is a Whirlpool dishwasher, I have the Kenmore Elite version of it. I believe them to be identical for parts. The Hub Nut is an OEM part for GE washing machines. This component secures the inner tub to the drive mechanism, ensuring that it remains in place during the agitation and spinning cycles. This lock-down nut is reverse threaded, meaning that it is loosed by rotating it clockwise. For easier removal of the old nut, it is recommended to use the tub nut spanner wrench WX5X1325.
