Ordered and recieved new bulb, called help desk to find how to access the bulb. Found I needed a tamper proof torx bit to remove cabinet screws. After buying bit the job was a snap! Thanks to Appliance Pro. comm and their 24 hr. help line Read more

I googled the make and model, and found the part on AppliancePartsPros.com. The underside of the oven has a metal grille with numerous openings of various shapes and sizes. There is a rectangle that is punched into this grille, just below the motor. I pried between the vent holes to snap the connections near the perimeter on the punched rectangle. In addition to blown fuse; the fuse holder was melted at one end. Checked the unit to see if any part or wiring that would cause the issue, none was visible. Referred to wiring diagram included inside to identify components, including interlocks. All seemed functional. Bought replacement 20A fuse. Fuse holder no longer available so bought similar unit with 25A rating - little retrofitting. Put unit back together, and it's working so far. Wife is happy. Read more
