We took the washer apart. and used the online videos (very helpful)! Used the diagram to figure out what to order. Parts came quickly and were packaged well. We put the new pulsator assembly and housing assembly in. Put all the rest of the parts back together and everything is working great! We really were grateful for the help ; ) Read more

My granddaughter removed the old hose and installed the new hose I had ordered. Read more

Checked all hoses for clogs cleaned them out and problem still existed so it was time for a new pump and since I was in there I replaced the drain hoses as well. Pump and hoses were exact oem replacement parts project took 30 minutes and the wife was happy again!!! Read more

When I looked up LG washer E6 code on the web I saw the tip from LG: unplug the washer and call for service. To me that's a challenge. Ordered new clutch, rotor and drum sensor assembly. If your clutch bearings go, make sure you check rotor, stator and sensor for damage. Read more

First slide out the old unit full forward. Then lift it up slightly from the front edge and then pull it out. Align the new unit in the slides and with the front lifted just a little push the assembly back in. Really just a quick fix. Read more

One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise.
