The Bearing and Seal Kit is an OEM component for Whirlpool and KitchenAid front-load washing machines. The kit includes 2 center post bearings, 3 agitator shaft seals, and 1 center post seal.

These internal seals help retain lubrication inside the motor shaft housing, while the bearings allow for smooth rotation of critical components like the drive pulley. Continuous belt rubbing and water exposure diminish their lifespan over time.

Symptoms of worn motor seals or bearings include:

• Abnormal vibrations during the wash or spin cycles
• Noisy operation and grinding sounds from the motor
• Difficulty starting or stopping the cycle

This centerpost bearing supports the washer's spin basket on the stationary center post, providing a low-friction surface for smooth, quiet rotation. Replacing a worn bearing helps restore proper spin performance and reduce noise and vibration.
