The element measures 18” wide x 15 1/2” deep With 1-1/2 inches from the mounting bracket to the end of the terminals that are screw-type. It generates 2585 watts at 240 volts or 1940 watts at 208 volts of heat within the oven cavity. 

Symptoms of a bad heating element are:
