William G Dowagiac , MI January 12, 2019 Appliance: Whirlpool Dryer LER7858AW0 Dryer would not start. Found start button was locking down, but no power for motor was coming out of time. Peter W Northfield , IL January 29, 2024 Appliance: Model 110-97588210 Dead no power. APPs stellar videos got me started with confidence. Your parts diagram exactly match mine for my 28 year old Sears Kenmore Gas Model 110-97588210 (75882). Teacher at TMM Appliance convinced me to approach from the simpler, cheaper, easier to access parts inwards using the wiring diagram. I’ve designed products for Klein, Halo, and JUNO but am just an advanced electrical amateur. 3 parts totaling $110 and two hours and it runs and heats to spec. Even had time to vacuum out all over the lower third. Funny, the major problem was the lowly door switch. Fried. APP is an indispensable help in repairing to save money and keep these golden oldies running. A million thanks. Read More...
