James B Palomar Mountain , CA April 13, 2014 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL LTE6234DQ0 STACKABLE WASHER/DRYER Water pump after 18 years wore thru the pvc housing causing a pin hole leak Found AppliancePartsPros on-line. Sent us the manual, parts list, etc. via .pdf files. Our local guy did not. Had parts in stock, two day shipping, totally painless. The parts were approximately 1/2 the price the local guy wanted. OEM parts. Perfect fit on replacement. The Whirlpool is so well made, it was very easy to repair. It has several items, over the years, which failed. In all cases, repair was painless with a few common hand tools and a tad of patience. AppliancePartsPros had extremely great customer service and technical knowledge. Best prices. Very fast delivery, of the correct replacement parts. Have share their service(s) with a half dozen friends. Extremely fortunate find for us... Thanks you guys. Doing a load of laundry as we speak. Also the replacement bumper came very quickly--it only took 1 and 1/2 days to get it. Thanks AppliancePartsPros. Read More... John N Tumwater , WA July 14, 2015 Broken fill valve The video associated with the part was easy to understand. The actual repair was easy - maybe 10 minutes. But getting the top casing of the washer fitted back over the base was a huge pain. That took 8 tries to finally get it locked in just right. The washer is 20+ years old though. The parts were all exactly correct and fit perfectly. Shipping time was excellent. Parts arrived in about 2 days with "standard" shipping. The washer works great now. This is the second major repair I've done using APP. The first was replacing the drain pump, which is still working fine after two years. Read More...
