Ed S Rehoboth , MA April 13, 2018 Drum would not turn. Video was helpful for removing front panel. The drum belt had slipped off the driveshaft. Easily repositioned..The dryer is about 30 years old. The bearing front support had become brittle and cracked. Replacing it was straightforward. I found that tilting the dryer back to position the drum on the rear support made replacing the front panel much easier. Jonathan K Clarksville , TN July 27, 2015 Bad drum roller I ordered the parts from Appliance Pros. They were delivered exactly when they were promised. I had never gone inside of a dryer before, but once I figured out how to get it apart (after destroying two cabinet clips, which i also ordered from Appliance Pros) it was pretty easy. My biggest fear was that i broke something else getting it apart. It is working perfectly. I would reccomend watching one of the videos on Appliance Pros website before starting.
