Noel D Palmdale , CA March 28, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool 30" Built-In Electric Oven Self Clean Convection (Gold Line) GBS307PDS11 Broil Heating element shorted. Found a real cool Youtube video by AppliancePartsPro.com. I watched it and learned how easy it was to unhook and replace the part with proper care and precautions. It even included tips on critical steps so the wires won't slip back inside the hole and save you from hours of possible mistake. Then I ordered the part. It came the day after, then I replaced the part, meaning, I DID THE WORK! (My wife was so impressed- lol) Easy as pie... but we made and had a much nicer roast the day after. The tools I used were a Philip screw driver, flash light, and a tie wire. We're so glad we found "AppliancePartsPro.com" on Youtube. Thanks. Brenda O Loranger , LA June 12, 2014 Element was burnt After having an "expert" repairman come to our home and give us an estimate on my built in oven, I found Appliance Parts Pro and decided to try to fix it ourselves. The first question I asked him was if he thought the element(s) was bad, he said no. He gave me an estimate on replacing the digital oven control board and panel. I ordered these parts from APP, installed them, but the oven did not work. I realized one of the elements was burnt, ordered the part, replaced it. The oven is perfect! The service repair online chat was very helpful, the shipping was overnight and arrived exactly when they said it would. After all the parts were purchased, the last repair person I chatted with reminded me that APP will take back any part that I didn't need. We decided to keep all the parts. I have a new oven! Thank you, APP, for excellent service. I would highly recommend them! Read More... 6 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers

David B Oak Harbor , WA January 29, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Electric Range RS675PXGQ10 Broiler element arcing and sparking nice light show! Immediately turned off the range at the circuit breaker. Waited about 5-10 minutes to look inside. Didn't take long to see that the broiler element had shorted out. The longest part was waiting for the replacement to arrive. Install was simple and easy with the help of your repair video. Removal of the oven door is highly recommended. Other than a Phillips screwdriver, I used a driver with a 1/4" square tip that fit the screw heads perfectly Didn't even have to pull the range out. Lorraine C Hickory , NC February 25, 2019 Appliance: Whirlpool 24" Built-In Electric Single Oven Self-Clean RBS245PRB00 I wasn't sure the temp probe was reading accurately. I hadn't seen the broiler element glow orange for about 5 years and the door gasket was popping off. So, I decided that from the number of screws needed to remove the worn parts and the " plug and play" appearance of the new parts on you website, I decided I could do this! This also how I approach my plumbing projects.....this really scares my husband! Well, everything came in at once so a few days later I decided it was time to do the deed. I had pre-spritzed the existing screws the night before with a degreaser and scrubbed with a used toothbrush. The screws all loosened up with no problem. Note here: I saw a comment on your website stating that although the screws look like a Phillips head screw, they have more of a star head. I had several of those in my handy dandy tool kit?? It took me about an hour total to unscrew and remove the old parts and pop in the new ones from your company. Easy peasy!! Thank you so much for supplying parts for appliances over 15 years old. Your company is the best. Read More... 3 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers
