Description

This charcoal filter is used in recirculating range hoods to reduce cooking odors and smoke. Replacing a saturated filter restores ventilation performance and helps keep kitchen air fresher when venting air back into the room. What it does:

• Adsorbs cooking odors and vapors when the hood is set to recirculate indoors
• Helps maintain proper airflow and capture smoke/steam during cooking
• Replace if saturated, damaged, or shedding carbon

Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the hood before servicing
• Remove/open the filter cover or grille; release the old filter from its clips or frame
