Removed the top plate and was able to disconnect door switch. Pryed front switch out from inside front door. Put new switch in through front door of machine. Then I removed the electronics bracket on the left side. From there I was able to pull the sensor out from the front and place the new one in position. Robert O Waukegan , IL February 08, 2019 Appliance: Whirlpool Dryer GGW9200LW0 My dryer wouldn’t start, all the lights on the controls came on, but when I press the start button it would come up with a PF code I watched the video from Appliance Parts Pros, & the guy addressed a few key pointers on what’s going on with my Whirlpool Duet Dryer. Before I knew about Appliance Part Pros I asked people from stores, shops, & they all were saying it’s one of the thermostats. So I started to break my dryer apart to get to the thermal fuses, & looked around & was about to start replacing all of them due to the fact I don’t own a meter, then I watched YouTube & Appliance Pros videoclip came one with my exact dryer & I tapped on to the link to learn more & it came across my Door Switch being the first to go a lot due to opening & closing the door plus I purchased my dryer used off the internet. So I ordered the switch & watch the video that took me step by step & once I was done & plug-in the Dyer & said a prayer & Boom it’s running like new.
