Edward J Eclectic , AL February 20, 2015 Clothes dryer drum stopped rotating Located model number and went to Appliance Parts Pros.com to check the repair instructions on belt and motor. Used the suggestions to diagnose problem as a broken belt. I also ordered two top locks to replace the originals that were very brittle plastic that broke when I opened the dryer. Ordered the parts on Presidents Day, and received the parts the next day. The dryer was back in service in 24 hours. Eugene S Clarksville , TN January 25, 2015 Appliance: Model LER 5636LQ0 The dryer door switch was inoperable the only way to turn the dryer off and on was by using tmachine cycle switch along with the off/on switch knob I logged on to the Appliance Parts Pros web site ,watched the door switch installation video and ordered my part. John C Bronx , NY April 01, 2017 Appliance: Model 11087165100 The drive motor needed replacement replaced the blower wheel the door latch and cables broke it needed to replace the lint seals I checked out some youtube channels on troubleshooting, and determined the drive motor needed replacing. While searching for a youtube channel for repairs I found your channel, and I couldn't be happier. You had the parts I needed at a good price, the delivery was quick. When I had a question about the parts needed, you were quick in your response. In all the repair went smoothly, and the dryer is working like new. I spent around $230 in parts, primer, paint and delivery, which includes the new aluminum vents hoses. But it was worth it, It's a great dryer. and to get a new one with the same load capacity would had cost me $600 minimum. And got the satisfaction of fixing it myself. Thank you for your help.
