Dennis M Cheshire , CT July 13, 2014 Plastic upper dishwasher wheel assembly had dried out and became useless I watched a video on how to change these. I had ordered one a month ago because one had failed. I had no trouble --less than 30 seconds -- to insert a new for the bad one. Then a few weeks later, a 2nd one failed -- there are 4 of them -- and I figured that I might as well change out the bad one as well as the two "good" original ones. Total time to change out the 3 was less than two minutes and that included getting the rack completely out of the dishwasher...which you have to do in order to do this task. Paul S Corning , NY September 05, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Undercounter Dishwasher GU1200XTLQ2 Poor cleaning and long wash times Suspected the heater had failed because air coming from vent was not as hot as it used to be. Long wash times were because dishwasher was waiting to no avail for water to get up to temperature. Removed dishwasher to gain access to heater electrical connections. Confirmed heater had failed by continuity check. Replaced heater per included instructions. Reinstalled dishwasher. Problem solved!
