Whirlpool WP15418 Natural Gas Orifice OEM Part

Removed LP Orifice and LP Gas limiter. Orifice was easy, however the gas limiter was the tricky one because I had no instructions to what went where. I could not find anything online as to how to convert from LP to Natural Gas, but you could find several things as to how to convert from Natural to LP. I ended up finding the Dryer schematic on line for the Whirlpool Duet natural gas dryer and was able to figure out what sequence the Spring, regulator and limiter went in. The order I just listed is how I installed them.

As the product was initially bought at a Sears Retailer we contacted them for the requisite parts to convert our 8-year-old dryer from LP to Natural Gas. After over 90 minutes on the phone with their customer service and two deliveries of the WRONG PARTS, I went online and found what I thought to be the right parts. I called and within four minutes I was told exactly what was needed and where I could find reference materials. I was able to complete the conversion two days later when the parts arrived in a little under twenty minutes!

I purchased the parts in case the local service person had problems getting them. It turns out the service person never ordered the parts! I happily gave him the parts and the machine works great
