We are on a fixed income and depend on Appliance Parts Pro for just about all our appliance repair needs. This time however it took several replays of repair video to see how the washer cabinet has to hook on front of base. I replaced the Direct Drive Motor coupling. And while I was at it, I replaced the sound dampening ring as it had broken as well. The fixes took around 45 minutes each and the washer is running great. I would not have known the best way to disassemble the washer if it were not for the great videos this site had on the repairs. Read More...
