John B Emerson , AR March 28, 2015 Out of balance and hanging up Took back 4 screws out of back,unhinged top cover and then took screwdriver to seperate top plastic ring on tub and snapes new one in its place . Realigned cover piece and replaced two small brackets with 4 screws . Adeline R Pensacola , FL November 12, 2023 Appliance: Model 110.21102012 Broken tub cover due to bad springs on suspension rods. Opened the top replaced the tub cover then detached the tops of the suspension rods. I laid the tub on its back and replaced the suspension rods. Attached the top of the rods to the frame in order to stand the washer upright. Attached the suspension rods and replaced the top cover of the washer. Thanks to your repair videos it was a piece of cake.
