The CS person wouldn't diagnose, but she was willing to say that they sell many more motors than controller boards, so I ordered the motor. Then, right after I clicked purchase, I remembered I meant to buy a washer, so I quickly called CS. This time the CS person said she couldn't modify an existing order, but she was willing to ship out a washer without additional shipping charges.
