Chris K N. Wildwood , NJ May 28, 2017 Dryer was humming when pushing start button Removed front of dryer panel, removed top, and removed drum. Replaced motor and wheel, because the old wheel was rusted on the motor shaft, and could not be removed, so I had to break it off. Replaced motor, and reassembled. Everything works now. I also replace the switch-Pb, because the start button was getting stuck. Trent M Homer Glen , IL July 22, 2018 Loud noise when dryer drum was spinning. Dryer is a commercial model with a coin accepter. Had to take timer cover off to get at the nut that holds down upper cover. Took out screws in the lint trap and removed the trap. Unhooked the door switch. Removed front door screws and lifted the door out of the way and removed the drum. Cleaned all the lint out of the machine. Replace the support rollers which were bad. Replaced the belt and tentioner which are wear items. Inspected the seals which were ok. Reassembled the unit and tested it. Runs very quiet now. Read More...
