How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014406 / WP99002106 Dishrack Roller

Replace wheels and mounting. The online videos made the job a snap. 

Bought a new wheel mounting strip, and with the help of the video at AppliancePartsPros.com the problem was fixed in minutes. Works great now! 

I ordered a wheel mounting strip, 2 dish rack rollers, + 2 dish rack stops. Technically I did not need the dish rack stops or the additional two rollers but I bought them so that the wheel mounting strip would have new rollers and in case the dish rack stops broke during repair I would have them readily available. The video for the repair was wonderful, made it very easy for this Grandma in her late 60's! 

I went on the web came across appliance parts pros website saw the diagrams they had for the model I have got on the phone had some help from their sales associate and once I got the order it took me 3 mins to complete the fix!!!!! 

Easily repaired using new wheel mounting strip. The repair video was very helpful to see how the parts fit together. Removed the end caps from the metal roller guides, removed the diskrack, replaced the broken wheel mounting strip, (and replaced the dishrack roller in case it was worn), then put it back together. 

I had to replace the wheel mounting strip on the right side. I also replace the wheel however, only the mounting strip was needed. It's a very simple repair.

Thank goodness for this website and their how-to videos! I wouldnt have been able to fix the dishwasher in my new house without the videos. Easy fixes and so much cheaper than having to buy a whole new top rack!
