Parts for Thermador THD2500: 02 - Inner Door Parts

Dissolves limescale, mineral deposits, and odor-causing residues from dishwasher tub and spray system. Use monthly to maintain peak cleaning performance.

This bi-metal thermal actuator responds to temperature changes to engage or disengage a linked mechanism, restoring proper thermal control and cycling in affected appliances. It replaces a failed actuator that no longer responds to heat. What it does:

• Bends or moves when heated to trigger dampers, switches, or control linkages
• Restores temperature-driven mechanical actions that stop working when the actuator fails
• Common symptom: unit runs but heating or cycling behavior is incorrect or inconsistent
• Common symptom: mechanical linkage stays stuck in one position regardless of temperature

• One bi-metal thermal actuator

• High-level replacement: access the actuator from the appliance service area, remove mounting fasteners and connecting linkage, and install the new actuator in the same orientation
• Disconnect power before service to avoid shock or injury
• Inspect surrounding components and linkage for wear; replace any worn fasteners or clips to ensure proper operation

This is the rinse aid dispenser gasket that seals the dispenser assembly to prevent leaks and ensure proper rinse-aid delivery. Replaces a worn or damaged seal to restore normal dispenser function and reduce leaks. What it does:

• Seals the rinse aid dispenser housing to keep rinse aid contained during cycles
• Helps maintain proper dispenser dosing by preventing bypass leaks
• Commonly replaced when the dispenser leaks or the gasket appears cracked, flattened, or deteriorated
• Compatible with the rinse aid dispenser assembly on applicable Bosch dishwashers

• One rinse dispenser gasket

• Turn off power and water to the appliance before servicing
• Remove the dishwasher door inner panel or dispenser assembly per manufacturer instructions to access the gasket
• Inspect the dispenser and surrounding sealing surfaces; clean before installing the new gasket for a proper seal

This lock washer secures fasteners by biting into the mating surface to resist loosening from vibration and thermal cycling. It's a small but critical retaining part used on appliance assemblies where a secure, vibration-resistant connection is required. What it does

• Provides a spring clamp action that helps keep bolts and screws from backing out under vibration
• Maintains tension on threaded connections during thermal expansion and contraction
• Commonly used on motor mounts, pump assemblies, and panels that experience movement
• Can reduce intermittent electrical/grounding issues caused by loose hardware

• One lock washer

• Inspect threads and mating surfaces; replace any damaged fasteners before installing the washer
• Install with the correct-sized bolt or screw; washer must fit snugly to function properly
• Tighten to manufacturer torque specifications when available; avoid over-tightening
• Disconnect power and follow all safety precautions before servicing the appliance

Roller assembly for dishwasher lower rack. Replaces worn, cracked, or broken rollers that prevent smooth rack gliding. Installs on rack corners.

Fix a dishwasher door that won't stay closed or latch properly with this door latch strike. Simple repair for loose or misaligned door latches.

This door switch completes the circuit when a door or access panel closes, allowing normal operation and preventing the appliance from running with the door open. Replaces a worn or failed door-interlock switch to restore reliable door sensing. What it does:

• Detects when the door is closed and signals the appliance control to enable operation
• Prevents runs or cycles when the door is open for safe operation
• Commonly replaced when the appliance won't start or the door fails to register as closed
• Works as the electrical contact point in the door latch/sensing system

• Disconnect power before servicing to avoid shock or injury
• Access may require removing the door panel or control bezel depending on model
• Handle the switch and connectors carefully to avoid bending terminals
