Part Number: OEM13125237
Manufacturer Part Number: WD21X10370

This dishwasher control module assembly is the appliance's electronic brain, directing cycle timing and power to the motor, pumps, water valve, and heater. Replace it to restore proper operation when cycles won't start, advance, or the controls are unresponsive.

  • Manages cycle timing and coordinates wash, rinse, drain, and dry operations
  • Distributes power to key components based on inputs from the user interface and sensors
  • Helps resolve issues such as no start/no response, cycles that won't advance or complete, or recurring error codes/beeping
  • Restores consistent control of wash performance and cycle sequencing
What's included: One control module assembly. Install notes:
  • Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the dishwasher before servicing
  • Handle the board by the edges and use ESD precautions; avoid touching components
  • Move wiring harnesses over one connector at a time to match positions on the new module
  • After installation, restore power and run a test/service cycle or control reset per your model's tech sheet

Answer

Chuck, you're on the right track. It is more likely to have an intermittent or failed drain pump WD26X10039 than a defective control board WD21X10463 or wiring at this stage. You do want to make sure the filter screens and sump chamber are clear of any sediment, chemical build up or debris. You also may want to disconnect the drain hose from the plumbing, and drain the dishwasher into a bucket, a few times, this would clear any debris from the drain hose.
