Is it the Control Panel or the Control Board HELP
Answer Hi Robert. A couple of things to check. There is the float stem that rides on the float switch operating it. If the float stem as it pasases through the tub gets hung up on the debris it will not allow proper fill. It is part # WP8268913. Then if the flosat switch is bad internally it may ohm out correctly but fail electrically under a load. It is part # WP8268909. There is a float mount body that positions the float stem so it rides the switch connection correctly, if this is broken then it will be a misguide. Part # WPW10175383. There is a float switch lever part # WP8268892 make sure this is intact. Then look at the water fill valve. Is the inlet screen clogged ? Is the coils getting weak and opening under a load ? It should ohm out to continuity and not open or shorted. Water valve part # W10648041. Thank You. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, January 9, 2012
