Joe M. for Model Number Kitchenaid dishwasher DU1055XTSQ3 The buttons on the front panel on the dishwasher are not working, except for the option buttons that do light up. The unit has power and I checked the thermal fuse which tested ok.I did turn the circuit breaker on & off in case there was a power surge or failure. Does this sound like the electronic control board ? Part # W10084142.
Answer Hello Joe. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control panel WPW10021720 is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced.
