Bob for Model Number 665.13482K902 My dishwasher does not work at all. However 3 lights do work on the pannel (High Temp., Heated Dry, andSani Rinse) The start button does not work at all. Does it need a now control board. I had to have one replaced on another dishwasher I own that did the same thing? Also what is this Thermal fuse I have heard about? Do I hav one and if so where is it located? Thank you in advance for your help!!!
Answer Bob, Yes, your dishwasher has a thermal fuse W10258275 it is located inside the control panel just above the PC board. If the thermal fuse was "open", the dishwasher would not operate at all. The fuse controls the power into the control board. Since your issue is some buttons don't work and unit won't start, you need to check or replace the control panel WPW10243209, you most likely have several faulty keypad circuits, and the control can't program for a cycle.
