Daveda for Model Number k45sswh On both sides of the mixer there are flat black screws. In side those screws are springs attached to a little grey kind of oblong shaped piece. my mixer got tipped over and when we tried to see why it wouldn't work we looked under those screws. The one on the same side as the knob to lock in position had the screw broken. Can this be replaced and what part do I need?
