Hello Rm. Check and make sure nothing is in the way of the off arm on the board WPW10325124. If not, you will need to look for a burnt or shorted wire sending power to the motor to run the unit. You may have to trace and see if the board is sending power with a meter. If so, it may be hooked up wrong. Make sure the governor WPW10330804 is good on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
