Alan for Model Number jdb4950-7900 The door just drops when you open it. I thought it was the spring but when I pulled it our from under counter the spring was there in tact. Is there a second spring on the left side of door as well? I found a part of the plastic connector but don't know if it was from a previous repair. I don't see a second spring. thanks
